This is NOT a corporate marketing position.
This is for someone who:

What You’ll Do

• Create and launch digital ad campaigns (Google, Meta, Instagram)
• Build landing pages, lead funnels, and simple websites (we’ll train where needed)
• Create short-form content for social media (video clips, reels, graphics)
• Assist with branding concepts, ad angles, and campaign ideas
• Track performance — and rewrite when needed, not defend the original
• Help build marketing systems for multiple in-house brands

Who We’re Looking For

You might be:

• Self-taught
• Tinkering with AI tools
• Editing videos for fun
• Building Canva graphics for friends
• Obsessed with how brands grab attention

We care more about skill, speed, and creativity than college degrees or 10-year resumes.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Awesome If You Have):

• GoHighLevel
• Premiere/CapCut/Reels editing
• SEO or blogs
• Automation tools
• Pixel tracking & UTM links

Compensation

• Base salary + aggressive performance bonuses
