Digital Marketing & Brand Coordinator (WordPress/Elementor Expert + Graphic Design Focus)

We’re looking for a hands-on, tech-forward Digital Marketing & Brand Coordinator who thrives on owning our website as the core foundation of everything we do. You’ll be the go-to expert for WordPress + Elementor, while also crushing graphic design, organic content, social media management, and creative marketing campaigns that drive membership sales, event bookings, and brand awareness among car enthusiasts.

This is an ideal role for a younger, AI-savvy creator who loves blending design, tech, and storytelling in the exciting world of motorsports.

Key Responsibilities

Website Ownership (Core Priority)

  • Fully own and maintain our websites using WordPress and Elementor: including customizations, page builds, updates, and on-demand changes.
  • Master the backend: troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, manage plugins, security, SEO basics, and ensure the sites are fast, beautiful, and conversion-focused.
  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to speed up content creation, copywriting, and design iterations.

Graphic Design & Visual Branding

  • Create stunning, professional visuals for the website, marketing collateral, flyers, print materials, merch, flags, banners, social graphics, event signage, and more.
  • Elevate our brand aesthetic across digital and physical touchpoints with strong design skills (Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar — portfolio required).

Content Creation & Social Media Management

  • Develop and produce engaging organic content (photos, videos, Reels, stories) that showcases the thrill of the track and club lifestyle.
  • Manage all social channels via Hootsuite: schedule posts, engage with the community, respond to messages/DMs, monitor reviews, and protect brand health.
  • Build and grow presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.

Marketing Campaigns & Growth

  • Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns to boost membership sales for Circuit Florida and driving experiences for SuperSpeed.
  • Support email/CRM efforts, event promotion, and partnerships.
  • Track performance and suggest data-driven improvements.

Events & On-Site Support (as needed)

  • Help bring campaigns and member events to life on-site.

Qualifications – What You Need to Succeed

Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable):

  • Advanced WordPress + Elementor expertise — strong backend knowledge, troubleshooting, customizations, and fast implementation.
  • Professional-level graphic design skills with a portfolio showing clean, modern, high-impact work (web + print).
  • Experience managing social media with tools like Hootsuite.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills.
  • Tech-savvy with comfort using AI tools to enhance productivity.
  • Local to Central Florida (or willing to work fully on-site in Auburndale) — reliable transportation.
  • Self-starter who takes ownership, works quickly, and maintains high standards without heavy supervision.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with HubSpot (where we send newsletters from) or similar CRM
  • Knowledge of basic SEO, Google Analytics, or email marketing.
  • Passion for cars, motorsports, luxury lifestyle, or events.
  • Video editing or photography skills.

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay based on SKILL.
  • Opportunity to work in a unique, exciting environment — drive on the track, attend events, and be part of a passionate car community.
  • Hands-on impact: Your work directly shapes our brand and growth.
  • Room to grow as we expand the club and experiences.

If you’re a creative problem-solver who geeks out over perfecting a website in Elementor, designs killer graphics, and knows how to make social content pop — we want to hear from you!

How to Apply:
Send your resume, portfolio (essential — especially WordPress/Elementor and design samples), and a short note on why you’d be a great fit for this motorsports brand. Local applicants encouraged!
