The Digital Marketing Manager for the region will work and act as an extension of the Regional Marketing team. The person will be responsible for managing and/or supporting the execution of a digital marketing strategy that includes dialogue marketing, email marketing, e-nurturing, digital lead management, web content management, organic web demand generation, campaign site management, social media, database management, spreadsheet creation and management, strategic web page management, and search engine optimization (SEO).Other initiative will include monthly report compilation, revenue tracking, query tracking, online campaign tracking & management and CRM Data management

· Manage Online enquiries for Fortis Healthcare and prepare reports and dashboards on the same

· Manage & Online Grievances and follow up

· Track CRM and Digital initiatives as well as prepare reports on the same with data entry

· Perform updates for the website in behalf of units and make sure the website is up to date along with overseeing the SEO of the site

· Manage the regional Fortis FB page in terms of posts, updates, etc.

· Create, execute and monitor Email Campaigns for the region

· Tracking, Monitoring and Execution of Digital Initiatives

  • To formulate brand plan and propose various Marketing strategies in accordance to Corporate policy for hospital branding.
  • To take care of all the publishing material of the hospital namely: information booklet, leaflets, handbills, brochure, and other related materials. These shall include the content, design, creativity and proof – reading etc.
  • To plan various activities as per the phase wise Marketing Strategic plans.
  • To execute the various activities planned as per the phase wise Marketing plans for example, CME’s, Workshops, Camps, Patient Education Program, Life – Style Management Program Etc.
  • To carry out Research activity related to marketing plan evolved.
  • To explore newer geographical area new markets, for customer target for hospital.
  • To explore new product feasibility for business plan.
  • To do regular fieldwork to understand and develop sound marketing plan.
  • Monthly detailed report of the activity should be submitted to the management.
  • Weekly progress report should be submitted in brief to management about the activities assigned.
  • Support in all marketing purposes to the Head - Sales & Marketing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per month
