About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and driven female professional to join our team as a Social Media Specialist & Business Developer.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about branding, marketing, and product development, who can also support sales growth and new launches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily social media content (posts, stories, captions, and engagement) across all platforms

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, collaborations, and influencer partnerships

• Assist in developing new products (ideas, packaging, naming, and concept creation)

• Support sales activities, promotions, and exhibitions

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

• Prepare monthly reports on performance, sales, and engagement

Requirements:

• Female candidate currently based in Qatar

• Background in Marketing, Communication, or Business

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media or business development

• Creative mindset with good writing and communication skills (English required, Arabic is a MUST)

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, creative environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR7,000.00 per month
