Digital Marketing Campaign Manager (Paid Ads: Meta, Google & Email)

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Campaign Manager with a strong background in running and managing high-budget paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and Email Marketing. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in paid campaign execution, budget management, and performance optimization. This role requires a strategic thinker and analytical problem-solver who can maximize ROI and scale campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and execute paid media strategies across Meta, Google, and email platforms.

· Allocate and manage large advertising budgets efficiently to achieve business goals.

· Develop audience segmentation, targeting, and ad copy/creative direction.

· Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns to maximize CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.

· Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and funnels.

· Implement advanced tactics like retargeting, lookalike audiences, and smart bidding.

· Use Google Analytics, GA4, GTM, and campaign dashboards to monitor KPIs.

· Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, CAC, ROI, and funnel metrics.

· Recommend actionable insights for scaling campaigns.

· Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid).

· Manage automation, personalization, and lead-nurturing workflows.

· Track open rates, CTR, conversions, and improve deliverability.

· Work with design/content teams for high-performing creatives and landing pages.

· Partner with sales/product teams to align campaigns with organizational goals.

· Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, algorithms, and ad platform updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

· Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience managing and optimizing large paid media budgets.

· Proven success in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email campaign platforms.

· Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex campaign data.

· Experience with advanced bidding strategies, attribution models, and funnel optimization.

· Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, GA4, and email automation tools.

· Knowledge of SEO and organic growth strategies is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,819.47 - ₹50,640.83 per month
