Job Description:

Athar Business Machines seeking a young, energetic, and proactive individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing & Chat Support Representative. This role involves managing online customer chats while assisting with digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via chat support promptly and professionally.
• Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, including social media management, promotions, and content posting.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for daily tasks and campaign activities.
• Maintain a helpful and professional communication style with customers.
• Support basic marketing and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Graduate (mandatory).
• Age under 24 years.
• Ability to manage both chat support and marketing tasks efficiently.
• Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Flexible with work requirements.
