Digital Marketing Client Success Manager

Are you a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and highly organized account manager with a passion for digital marketing? We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to join our growing team in Tempe, AZ. This starts as an in-office position and transitions into hybrid after training and proficiency.

You’ll be the main point of contact for 12–18 clients, ensuring their digital campaigns are well-executed and their goals are being met. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love juggling multiple projects, and are either already skilled in digital marketing or a quick learner, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies including SEO, Google Ads, Geo-Fenced Programmatic Display, Email, MMS/SMS, and Website design/builds.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for your clients—responding to emails and calls with confidence and professionalism.
  • Oversee website updates and performance (desktop & mobile).
  • Manage and maintain websites using platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, and Wix.
  • Create and deliver regular reports to clients on performance metrics, campaign results, and key insights.
  • Manage and Execute keyword strategies.
  • Onbaord and manage Google Paid Ad campaigns.
  • Use SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Heatmaps) to track performance and inform strategy.
  • Draft compelling ad copy and visuals using Canva or similar tools.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers to ensure creative assets are delivered on time and aligned with client goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Proficiency in WordPress, Shopify, and Wix
  • Experience using SEO tools to develop and execute data-driven strategies
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and project management platforms
  • Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and stay organized
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Can-do, get-it-done attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
