About the Role
CAPP Events & Training is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join its team in Dubai, UAE. This role sits at the heart of CAPP Events & Training's marketing function, responsible for producing and delivering engaging digital content across multiple channels for a portfolio of continuing medical and dental education programmes, webinars, conferences, hands-on courses, and awards.
The successful candidate will combine strong creative instincts with sharp organisational ability, managing several concurrent projects while maintaining brand consistency and professional standards throughout. This is a fast-paced, deadline-driven position ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives under pressure and stays current with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across all CAPP Events & Training social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others as required)
- Develop platform-specific content strategies aligned with campaign objectives and audience engagement goals
- Monitor performance metrics, analyse engagement data, and produce regular reporting with actionable recommendations
- Engage with the online community, respond to enquiries, and manage CAPP Events & Training's social presence professionally
- Stay current with platform algorithm changes, emerging formats (Reels, Stories, short-form video), and industry best practices
Visual Design & Content Creation
- Design promotional graphics, social media visuals, banners, and digital assets in line with CAPP Events & Training brand standards
- Produce visual content for campaigns, events, and course promotions across digital channels
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all materials and platforms
- Edit and retouch images and video for publication-ready output
Photography & On-Site Content
- Capture high-quality photography and video at CAPP Events & Training events, courses, and conferences
- Edit, select, and publish event imagery promptly across relevant channels
- Build and maintain an organised digital asset library
Email & Campaign Marketing
- Build and manage HTML email campaigns and newsletters
- Write, edit, and proofread promotional copy that reflects CAPP Events & Training's professional tone and house style
- Coordinate multi-channel campaigns from concept through to delivery and reporting
Website & Content Management
- Manage, update, and maintain content across CAPP Events & Training's company website
- Ensure all web content is accurate, current, on-brand, and aligned with active campaigns and programmes
- Upload and format event listings, course details, registration pages, and promotional content
- Coordinate with internal teams to keep all digital touchpoints consistent and up to date
Coordination & Project Management
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, deadlines, and stakeholder requirements simultaneously
- Liaise with internal colleagues, external partners, and sponsors to deliver materials on schedule
- Support webinar and event communications, including registration pages and promotional assets
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing function as required
- Maintain organised records, asset libraries, and campaign documentation
- Assist with coordination, scheduling, and reporting across multiple projects and stakeholders
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a digital marketing, social media, or communications role
- Advanced, hands-on proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign — is essential and a mandatory requirement for this role
- Demonstrable portfolio of social media campaigns, visual design work, and content creation
- Experience with email marketing platforms (iContact, Mailchimp, or similar)
- Experience managing website content (CMS platforms)
- Proficiency in social media management and scheduling tools
- Photography and basic video editing skills, with own equipment considered an advantage
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools

Working Hours
- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, UAE
- The role operates on a 6-day working week
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
