Digital Marketing & Communications Manager - Industrial

Role Overview


The Digital Marketing & Communications Director will lead the company’s global digital strategy and corporate communications, driving brand positioning, demand generation, and customer engagement across all digital channels.


This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who can bridge traditional industrial business models with modern digital marketing practices, enhancing visibility, lead generation, and reputation in both B2B and technical markets.


Key Responsibilities


  • Define and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the company’s digital transformation initiatives across marketing and communications.
  • Identify and implement best-in-class tools (CRM, marketing automation, analytics).
  • Drive qualified lead generation through SEO, SEM, paid media, and inbound marketing.
  • Optimize digital funnels to improve conversion rates and ROI.
  • Establish KPI frameworks and dashboards to measure performance (traffic, leads, CAC, ROI).
  • Develop and strengthen the global brand positioning and messaging.
  • Oversee internal and external communications, ensuring consistency across regions and business units.
  • Manage PR, media relations, and crisis communications when required.
  • Lead content strategy including technical content, case studies, white papers, and industry insights.
  • Position the company as a thought leader within its industrial niche.
  • Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to translate complex solutions into compelling narratives.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing and communications team.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Regional teams to align messaging and campaigns.
  • Manage external agencies and partners.


Key Requirements


  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing and communications.
  • Proven track record in B2B and preferably industrial, manufacturing, or technical environments.
  • Experience leading digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong background in performance marketing and lead generation.
  • Deep understanding of digital tools (CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills in a matrix organization.
  • Hands-on mentality with strategic vision.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • MBA or equivalent is a plus.
