About the Role:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Consultant with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in executing digital marketing campaigns, SEO strategies, and paid ad campaigns, along with a good understanding of analytics and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end execution of digital marketing projects and campaigns.
• Implement and manage Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to improve rankings and organic reach.
• Run paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
• Analyze and report campaign performance using Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
• Manage and optimize Google My Business (GMB) listings and execute effective local SEO strategies.
• Utilize tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Webmasters, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Apply AI and automation in digital marketing — use GPT and AI tools for content creation, predictive analytics, and marketing automation.
• Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to maximize reach and ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
• Knowledge of AI and automation tools for marketing is a plus.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills.
• Must be located in Kolkata and available for immediate joining.
