Digital Marketing Consultant – Google Ads & PPC Specialist

We at Devomech Solutions are seeking a Digital Marketing Consultant (Part time)experienced in Google Ads & PPC Specialist to plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns across the Google ecosystem. The role focuses on driving qualified leads, reducing CPL/CPA and maximizing ROI through data-driven campaign management.

Responsibilities:

• Create, manage and scale campaigns across Google Search, YouTube, Performance Max and Demand Gen.
• Set up and manage Google eCommerce campaigns, including Google Merchant Center synchronization.
• Manage and complete the full Google Local Services Ads (LSA) onboarding and Google Guarantee process.
• Optimize bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad creatives to improve CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
• Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking using GTM, GA4, and Enhanced Conversions.
• Conduct continuous A/B testing and performance optimization.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide clear, actionable insights.

Requirements:

• BS degree in Marketing, Business, or IT.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and PPC campaigns.
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns while reducing CPL/CPA.
• Experience with Google LSA and Google Guarantee verification process.
• Strong understanding of GA4, GTM and conversion tracking setup.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
