Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, organized, and hands-on Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator to support the digital presence of multiple companies under one umbrella. This onsite role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and can help keep our brands active, current, and professional across social media, websites, testimonials, and other digital marketing channels.

This person will work closely with leadership, sales, operations, and team members across the companies to capture content, update online platforms, organize marketing materials, and help strengthen each brand’s visibility.

Because this role supports multiple companies, we are looking for someone who can manage priorities, maintain brand consistency, and adapt messaging for different audiences while keeping everything organized and moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and keep social media accounts active across multiple company brands.
  • Create, schedule, and publish social media content, including posts, photos, videos, reels, project updates, customer stories, and company announcements.
  • Keep company websites current with updated content, photos, testimonials, services, product information, news, and other relevant updates.
  • Collect, organize, and publish customer testimonials, reviews, project highlights, before-and-after content, and case study-style materials.
  • Help maintain a consistent and professional brand presence across websites, social media, Google Business Profiles, directories, and other online platforms.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and leadership to identify content opportunities.
  • Take or coordinate photos and short videos of products, projects, team activities, installations, events, and other marketing opportunities.
  • Assist with digital marketing materials for promotions, campaigns, trade shows, presentations, email updates, and sales support.
  • Monitor online reviews and assist with review requests, testimonial follow-ups, and reputation management.
  • Track basic digital marketing performance, such as social media engagement, website activity, campaign results, and lead-related activity.
  • Help organize digital assets, including photos, logos, videos, testimonials, graphics, and brand materials.
  • Support other marketing and digital media needs as required.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is creative, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day digital marketing activity. This person should enjoy working onsite, interacting with different departments, and turning real business activity into engaging online content.

We are looking for someone who can balance creativity with organization and who understands that consistent digital presence helps build trust, credibility, and customer interest.

Qualifications

  • Experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone, grammar, and brand consistency.
  • Comfortable creating content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and other digital channels.
  • Experience updating websites or working with website platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, or similar tools is helpful.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profile, email marketing tools, or basic design/content tools is a plus.
  • Ability to take photos and short videos for marketing use.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently while keeping others informed.
  • Portfolio, examples of social media content, website work, writing samples, or marketing projects are strongly encouraged.

This is an onsite position because much of our best content comes from being close to the work. The right person will have access to real projects, products, installations, customer stories, team updates, photos, videos, and day-to-day business activity that can be turned into meaningful marketing content.

Being onsite allows this person to capture authentic content, communicate directly with the teams, and keep the companies’ digital presence connected to what is actually happening in the business.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
