Digital Marketing & Content Creator (Healthcare / Wellness Brand)

Location: Bloomfield Hills, MI primarily but may have to travel to other clinic sites in Michigan when needed

Schedule: Full-time or Part-time (on-site preferred)

Reports to: CEO and Medical Director

We produce high-quality videos for social media, our website, and educational campaigns — and we’re looking for a creative, experienced Digital Marketing & Content Creator to join our team.

Position Overview

The Digital Marketing & Content Creator is responsible for planning, filming, and editing digital content that educates, engages, and grows our online audience.

You’ll collaborate directly with our physician and clinical team to develop storylines, outlines, and key talking points for each content day — ensuring every piece of content reflects our brand’s professional yet approachable voice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop weekly or monthly content calendars and prepare outlines for filming days.
  • Research trending topics, sounds, and styles relevant to healthcare, wellness, and medical education.
  • Create storyboards and talking-point guides ahead of each shoot.
  • Film high-quality video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, interviews, patient stories).
  • Edit videos with captions, transitions, and attention-grabbing hooks.
  • Write compelling captions and calls-to-action aligned with our brand tone.
  • Manage posting schedules, track performance metrics, and suggest creative improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Experience Required

  • 2–5 years of professional experience in content creation, videography, or digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to plan, film, and edit engaging short-form video content.
  • Proficiency with editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent).
  • Strong grasp of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • Demonstrated success in creating high-quality branded or educational content.
  • Experience working with professionals or healthcare-related content is highly preferred.

Equipment & Tools

  • All core filming and audio equipment is provided on-site (cameras, lighting, microphones, tripods, etc.).
  • We’re happy to order additional or specialized gear based on your creative needs and recommendations.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in wellness, healthcare, or fitness branding.
  • Ability to direct on-camera talent confidently and professionally.
  • Knowledge of analytics, engagement optimization, and content performance tracking.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with a clean, modern aesthetic.

Growth Opportunity Available

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
