Digital Marketing Content Creator

Role Overview

You will work closely with the founder and sales teams to create content that builds brand awareness, engagement, and leads. You will also support brand marketing and online reputation.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Create content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
• Write captions, blogs, case studies, product stories, and emails.

Brand & Marketing

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars and campaigns.
• Maintain consistent brand voice, design, and messaging.
• Support events, launches, exhibitions, and collaborations.

Performance & Growth

• Track content performance (reach, engagement, leads).
• Research trends and new content ideas.
• Suggest ideas to grow community and brand loyalty.

Sales Support

• Create product decks, presentations, and sales content.
• Help with client communication (emails, WhatsApp messages).

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or content roles.
• Strong English writing skills.
• Comfortable with Canva, basic video editing apps, and social media tools.
• Well-organised, proactive, and creative.

Nice to Have

• Interest or basic skills in photography/videography.
• Experience with reels, storytelling, and trend research.
• Basic knowledge of CRM, email marketing, or analytics.
