Digital Marketing &Content Creator

Sybex Digital, a leading cybersecurity company, is seeking a highly motivated and creative Content Creator to join our team in Thrissur, Kerala. This full-time, in-person role is essential for developing engaging digital content, strengthening our online presence, and supporting our marketing and branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Content Creator, you will play a vital role in shaping the company’s digital identity and communication.

Content Creation & Management:
Create high-quality content including social media posts, creatives, reels, videos, blogs, and promotional materials aligned with the company’s brand and goals.

Social Media Marketing:
Plan, execute, and manage content across various social media platforms to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness.

Communication Hub:
Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and convert technical concepts into engaging and easy-to-understand content.

Design & Tools:
Design visually appealing creatives using Canva and other content creation tools.

SEO & SMM:
Support basic SEO activities and use social media marketing (SMM) tools to optimize content performance.

Scheduling & Coordination:
Plan content calendars, schedule posts, and ensure timely publishing across platforms.

Process Improvement:
Identify trends, suggest creative ideas, and continuously improve content quality and digital marketing strategies.

Requirements and Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with a strong mix of creativity, digital marketing knowledge, and communication skills.

Education / Experience:
Degree / Post-Graduation from a recognized institution OR completed a Digital Marketing course.
Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Key Skills:
Strong knowledge in social media marketing and content creation
Proficiency in Canva
Basic understanding of SEO
Experience with SMM tools
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Good organizational and time management skills
Creative thinking with attention to detail
