Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Executive based in Karachi to help grow our digital presence. This is a hands-on role where you will manage social media platforms, create compelling content (with a focus on short-form video content like reels), and assist with SEO and paid advertising campaigns.

You will be responsible for the execution of day-to-day tasks, from content creation to performance tracking across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Content

• Manage and grow social media platforms
• Plan and maintain content calendars
• Write captions, briefs, and content directions for static posts in coordination with a designer
• Conceptualise, shoot, edit, and publish short-form videos and reels
• Repurpose news articles and website content into social-friendly formats

Blogs & SEO

• Support blog planning, publishing, and optimisation for search
• Implement on-page SEO for blogs and articles (titles, meta descriptions, internal linking)
• Conduct keyword research and identify blog content opportunities
• Coordinate or write SEO-friendly blog content aligned with editorial priorities
• Track blog performance, traffic, and search visibility

Paid Advertising & Campaigns

• Assist with planning and execution of paid campaigns on Meta and Google
• Coordinate ad creatives with the designer and video content where required
• Monitor performance and suggest optimisations for reach, traffic, and engagement
• Support promotional, event-based, and lead generation campaigns

Digital Marketing Support

• Support email newsletters and other digital initiatives
• Track performance using analytics tools and prepare basic reports
• Identify opportunities to improve content reach and audience growth
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends relevant to publishing and media

Required Skills & Experience

1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management with ability to create short-form videos, strong SEO knowledge, understanding of paid advertising and ability to use design tools effectively.

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
