Role Overview

The Digital Marketing & Content Specialist will manage digital outreach, content creation, and online communications for RAMP, MSME development, and export promotion initiatives. The role ensures strong program visibility, stakeholder engagement, and consistent messaging across digital platforms.

This position combines content strategy, digital marketing execution, and performance tracking, working closely with research, design, and program teams.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

  • Develop content for reports, newsletters, websites, and social media platforms
  • Create engaging, policy-aligned content tailored to MSMEs, government stakeholders, and industry partners
  • Maintain editorial calendars and content pipelines

Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for program outreach and awareness
  • Target MSME stakeholders through social media, email, and web-based campaigns
  • Coordinate campaign messaging with program milestones and events

SEO, SEM & Online Visibility

  • Manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve program and website visibility
  • Optimize content using keywords, metadata, and performance insights
  • Support website updates and content optimization initiatives

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor digital performance using Google Analytics, social media insights, and campaign KPIs
  • Prepare performance reports and analytical insights for program leadership
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven outcomes

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with design, research, and program teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment
  • Support digital communication for workshops, consultations, and stakeholder events

Key Deliverables

  • Content calendars and digital campaign plans
  • Social media posts, banners, newsletters, and web content
  • SEO, SEM, and website analytics reports
  • Program visibility, reach, and engagement metrics

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related disciplines

Certifications (Preferred)

  • Digital Marketing / SEO / Content Strategy certifications

Experience & Skill Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or communications
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Social media management tools
  • Google Analytics
  • SEO best practices and keyword research
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong coordination and collaboration skills
