Digital Marketing & Content Specialist – AI Ecosystem & Performance

We’re looking for a performance-focused digital marketer who thrives on data, has strong hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, and is genuinely interested in AI. At TRAI, you’ll combine performance marketing expertise with creative storytelling to make a measurable impact on Türkiye’s AI community.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing campaigns with clear KPIs.
• Set up GA4 conversion tracking, run A/B tests, and build HubSpot automations.
• Manage LinkedIn campaigns, implement growth-focused SEO/SEM strategies, and strengthen TRAI’s online presence.
• Write, edit, and adapt AI-related content for blogs, newsletters, and social media.
• Coordinate with designers to produce visuals that align with campaign goals.
• Analyze results, report actionable insights, and actively contribute to the creation and execution of the annual marketing plan.
• Contribute to TRAI’s major AI events, publications, and community activities.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in performance marketing.
• Proven hands-on skills in:
• Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• GA4 setup & analytics
• Email automation (HubSpot or similar)
• SEO/SEM best practices
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize campaigns.
• Active interest in AI: follows AI trends, produces AI-related content, or has run AI-focused campaigns.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them on time, proactively seeking solutions when challenges arise.
• Able to independently manage projects from brief to execution.
• Not just an executor; a problem solver and self-starter.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn; able to take initiative and bring fresh ideas.
