ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a growing mortgage lending company looking for a creative, data-driven marketer who can do it all — run high-converting paid ad campaigns, produce compelling social content, and build a YouTube presence that educates borrowers and attracts top loan talent. If you love both the analytical side of advertising and the creative side of content, this role was made for you.

You will own our full digital and traditional marketing engine — paid advertising, organic social, short-form and long-form video, drip campaigns, direct mail, and database mining. You'll work closely with leadership to build strategies that attract borrowers looking for QM and Non-QM loan solutions, and help recruit licensed loan officers who want to grow with a great company.

PAID ADVERTISING & LEAD GENERATION

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Ads, and other emerging platforms
  • Build and manage audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences tailored to QM and Non-QM borrower profiles
  • Run dual-funnel campaigns — one track for borrowers, one track for loan agent recruitment
  • Build, clean, and segment contact lists to support outbound calling campaigns
  • Track and report on KPIs — cost per lead, conversion rate, ROAS — and optimize spend accordingly
  • Stay ahead of algorithm changes and platform policy updates across all ad channels

SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT CREATION

  • Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Little Red Book, and YouTube
  • Create and publish engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) that educates borrowers and builds brand trust
  • Produce and manage long-form YouTube content — explainer videos, loan program overviews, market updates, FAQ series, and agent recruitment spotlights
  • Write compelling captions, hooks, and scripts tailored to each platform's format and audience
  • Develop a consistent content calendar that spans organic and paid channels
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build community across all platforms
  • Collaborate with loan officers to capture authentic video testimonials and success stories
  • Repurpose long-form YouTube content into short clips, blog posts, and email content to maximize reach
  • Monitor trends across platforms and jump on relevant moments quickly

DRIP CAMPAIGNS & DATABASE MARKETING

  • Design and execute multi-step drip campaigns (email, SMS, voicemail drops) to nurture leads through the loan pipeline
  • Develop and manage direct mail / snail mail campaigns including design coordination, list segmentation, and delivery tracking
  • Mine and re-engage previous client databases to surface refinance, purchase, and referral opportunities
  • Extract and organize realtor contacts from past closing records to build a referral partner pipeline

TARGET AUDIENCES

  • Borrowers seeking conventional (QM) loans — purchase, refinance, HELOC
  • Borrowers who need Non-QM solutions — bank statement, DSCR, foreign national, asset depletion, and more
  • Licensed loan officers looking for a better brokerage or lender to grow their career
  • Real estate agents and referral partners from past closing relationships

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2+ years of hands-on paid digital advertising experience across multiple platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging social media content — short-form video experience is a must
  • Experience producing or managing YouTube content, including scripting, recording, editing, or working with video editors
  • Strong on-camera comfort or ability to coach others for video content
  • Experience with drip campaign platforms (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Keap, or similar)
  • Ability to build, clean, and segment contact lists for outbound campaigns
  • Comfortable working with CRM data — pulling reports, extracting contacts, de-duplicating lists
  • Familiarity with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
  • Strong copywriting skills — ad copy, email sequences, video scripts, captions, and direct mail
  • Self-starter who can juggle multiple campaigns and content deadlines without hand-holding
  • Analytical mindset — you track results and make decisions based on data, not guesswork

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience marketing Non-QM or specialty mortgage products
  • Knowledge of NMLS regulations and mortgage advertising compliance
  • Experience with ringless voicemail or power dialer platforms
  • YouTube channel growth experience — SEO, thumbnails, retention strategies
  • Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, or Photoshop) for social assets
  • Prior experience with realtor outreach or B2B referral marketing
