Job overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will support marketing, sales, property, and revenue teams to drive online visibility, bookings, and growth for our iconic hotel brands. Youll manage website content, SEO, and digital advertising campaigns, conduct content audits, and monitor performance metrics. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, possesses strong written communication skills, and has 1-2 years of hands-on experience in SEO, paid search, and digital content management. Reporting to the VP of Digital Strategy, you will play a key role in executing cross-functional marketing initiatives and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
The day-to-day
Conduct regular audits of franchise hotel sites, online travel agencies, local listings, and mapping sites to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
Edit and manage content and photography across brand and third-party platforms using franchise hotel content request systems. Implement SEO best practices to enhance site performance.
Create and manage paid advertising placements within online travel agency partners and franchise platforms based on strategies provided by property and revenue teams. Monitor key KPIs and adjust campaigns as necessary to achieve revenue and ROI goals.
Utilize a project management platform to create, assign, and resolve tasks, ensuring timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Communicate via phone, email and Microsoft Teams with hotel teams as needed. Occasional communication with hotel guests to resolve customer service issues.
Assist the broader marketing department with daily program execution and ad hoc projects as needed.
Update monthly dashboards in the Business Intelligence tool and prepare slides for monthly calls to communicate performance metrics.
Manage other daily marketing tasks autonomously in a collaborative environment with creative, content, and web teams.

Fluent in English.
A bachelors degree or equivalent in digital marketing is preferred.
This position is office-based at LodgeWorks Partners corporate headquarters in Wichita, KS.
Works a schedule of at least 40 hours per week.
Travel as needed to support job functions (up to 10%).
Perform any other task and duties as requested by the VP of Digital Strategy.
