Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator to oversee and advance our digital marketing efforts. This role will play a key part in developing and executing our digital marketing strategy across multiple channels, ensuring Pink Stork continues to grow its reach and impact online.

As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will manage and analyze digital campaigns, collaborate with the marketing team to execute strategy, and use data-driven insights to guide future marketing decisions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a measurable impact on a growing brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with brand goals and growth objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day digital marketing operations, providing direction and support to the other members of the marketing team.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, and other platforms.
• Manage and evaluate performance across digital channels — tracking KPIs, analyzing data, and producing regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce engaging digital assets and marketing campaigns.
• Oversee email and SMS marketing campaigns alongside agency, guiding strategies for segmentation, automation, and performance optimization.
• Monitor SEO and AEO initiatives to enhance brand visibility and organic performance.
• Stay ahead of trends in digital marketing, emerging platforms, and performance analytics tools to inform strategy and execution.
• Support cross-functional marketing initiatives, including product launches, promotions, and brand partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or consumer packaged goods (CPG).
• Proven track record managing and optimizing paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
• Experience with email and SMS marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Shopify, Postscript, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other performance tools.
• Solid understanding of SEO/AEO and web traffic metrics.
• Experience using AI to assist in marketing efforts.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Creative and proactive problem solver with a passion for women’s wellness and mission-driven brands.
