The Role

The Digital Marketing Coordinator ensures MFUSED’s digital presence operates with excellence — supporting website updates, email campaigns, SEO initiatives, paid media reporting, and CRM management. This role executes day-to-day digital tasks that bring MFUSED’s brand campaigns and product launches to life across multiple platforms.

While not a creative development role, this position requires a strong eye for detail and a solid understanding of how content, data, and digital systems work together to deliver great brand experiences. The ideal candidate is organized, technically capable, and eager to learn within a collaborative, high-performing marketing team.


What You’ll Do

  • Website Maintenance & Content Updates
    • Support day-to-day website updates including product listings, event pages, and promotional content.
    • Coordinate with creative and product teams to ensure visuals, copy, and assets are accurate and compliant.
    • Partner with vendors and developers to troubleshoot and enhance website functionality.

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
    • Implement keyword strategies and page optimizations to improve organic visibility.
    • Maintain metadata, site structure, and basic SEO best practices.
    • Collaborate with external SEO partners to track and report on performance metrics.

  • Email & CRM Execution
    • Build and deploy email campaigns using approved content and templates.
    • Manage audience segmentation, contact list hygiene, and automated workflows in HubSpot.
    • Track performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, unsubscribes) and deliver insights to improve campaign results.

  • Digital Advertising Support
    • Assist in trafficking assets and updating creative for paid search, display, and social campaigns managed by internal or agency partners.
    • Monitor live campaigns for accuracy, correct tagging, and optimization opportunities.
    • Consolidate ad performance data and communicate results to the marketing team.

  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Monitor digital KPIs in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and HubSpot dashboards.
    • Compile and summarize monthly performance data for leadership review.
    • Support Marketing Operations by validating tracking accuracy and tagging consistency.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Brand, Channel, and Product Marketing to ensure digital campaigns reflect broader brand goals.
    • Coordinate with Marketing Operations and Compliance on asset approval and data governance.
    • Collaborate with agencies to ensure timelines and deliverables are met across digital channels.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or campaign execution, preferably within cannabis, CPG, or retail.
  • Practical knowledge of CRM tools, email platforms, and analytics systems (HubSpot and GA4 experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with basic web management tools and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (Asana or similar).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfort working with data and basic performance metrics.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new digital tools and technologies.

Physical Demands / Work Environment

This position is based on-site at MFUSED’s Scottsdale headquarters. The role involves frequent computer-based work and collaboration with internal and external teams. Reasonable accommodations will be made in accordance with applicable law.
