The Marketing Coordinator will execute the marketing plan for the assigned campus, manage the communications ecosystem, and support enrolment growth through digital campaigns, offline events, and community outreach. This role combines content, design, and execution responsibilities to ensure consistent brand presence and strong parent engagement.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive execution of the campus marketing plan. • Manage the communications ecosystem: social media, newsletters, PR, blogs, website updates, and internal communications.
- Provide creative and design support for all campus-level requirements
- Support content creation (videos, photos, stories).
- Execute offline events and community activations at the campus level.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for Open Houses, Trial Days, and other parent events.
- Ensure brand consistency across all collaterals and activities.
- Support other assigned marketing projects as and when needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, events, or communications (education sector preferred).
- Strong skills in communication, coordination, and project management.
- Familiarity with social media, digital campaigns, and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
- Creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
