Digital Marketing Coordinator Job description:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is the primary architect of Praesum Healthcare’s organic brand story and digital engagement engine. This role is responsible for building sophisticated, outcome-driven journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and social media channels, bridging the gap between patient outcomes and patient engagement. By aggregating first-party content from internal stakeholders and coordinating with external agencies, the Coordinator ensures a consistent, high-impact brand presence across the website, social media, and local SEO landscapes, while providing data-driven reporting on marketing acquisition KPIs.
Digital Marketing Coordinator Duties/Responsibilities:
- Journey Architecture: Build and manage automated journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud that link engagement touchpoints directly to patient outcomes and retention.
- Brand Storytelling & Content Aggregation: Act as the internal "journalist" to collect authentic photos, videos, and testimonials from staff and partners to fuel a robust content marketing strategy.
- Agency & Calendar Orchestration: Drive the master content calendar, ensuring seamless execution between internal facility updates and the external marketing agency’s deliverables.
- Organic Channel Ownership: Manage the brand’s "digital front door," including website updates, social media presence, and local SEO (Google listings, ratings, and reviews).
- Performance Analytics: Track and report on marketing acquisition KPIs, providing leadership with clear visibility into how organic and automated efforts drive growth.
- Field Resource Management: Partner with the marketing agency to ensure all field collateral (brochures, cards, etc.) is produced on time, remains under budget, and stays aligned with current brand standards.
- Internal Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for facility leadership to translate clinical successes into marketable digital content.
Digital Marketing Coordinator Requirements:
- Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a minimum of five years experience in a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of related healthcare industry experience or 5-7 years of healthcare marketing experience if they do not have a degree.
- Possesses strong interpersonal finesse combined with exceptional communications skills.
- Knowledge of human services, including substance abuse, mental health, and co-occurring complications is preferred.
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations regarding patient confidentiality.
- Computer literate with experience in a Windows environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize work and work-related responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong values with a clear inner core of purpose-driven leadership.
