Sharp Line Growth is a boutique marketing agency built exclusively for outdoor, hunting, and gear brands. We launched less than a year ago and are already working with a growing roster of clients across the hunting and outdoor space. We are moving fast and there is a lot of room to grow with us.

We do not work with brands outside this space and we take that seriously. If you do not understand hunting, firearms, or have at least a passing interest in the outdoors, this probably is not the right fit.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator who can execute across email marketing, paid social ads, and creative design without needing their hand held. You will be supporting multiple client accounts at once, so being organized and self-managed is not optional. If you want to learn marketing at a real agency working with real brands, this is a great opportunity to do that.

What you will own:

• Email campaign builds and deployment in Klaviyo, from design to send
• Paid social ad setup and management on Meta and TikTok
• Graphic design for emails, ads, and social content using Canva and/or Photoshop
• Social media content scheduling and posting across client accounts
• Monthly performance reporting across client accounts
• Keeping multiple client timelines on track without dropping the ball

What we need:

• Real experience with Klaviyo or a comparable email platform
• Ability to design emails and ads that look professional and on-brand
• Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns
• Experience with social media management and content scheduling tools
• Comfortable with Canva, Photoshop is a plus
• Familiarity with the outdoor or hunting industry (you do not have to have worked in it, but you need to know the space)
• Self-directed, deadline-driven, and reliable

Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000/year depending on experience

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
