Digital Marketing Coordinator

The Role

This is an entry-level position and a genuine opportunity to build a real marketing career inside a full-service agency. You will work alongside our team every day in our Sugar Hill office. We will teach you the tools and the workflow. What we cannot teach is reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a task list and see things through. You need to bring those.

What You'll Do

The majority of your time is social media content production: creating graphics, writing captions, scheduling posts, managing client review cycles, and publishing content across Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, and LinkedIn. You will also support email newsletter production, client reporting, and minor website updates.

What We're Looking For

A sharp, organized person who completes tasks correctly and on time without being followed up with. You communicate clearly and professionally, take direction well, and follow through. Familiarity with social media scheduling, graphic design tools, and email marketing platforms is a plus. A demonstrated track record of showing up and doing good work matters more than your degree or your resume.

This is a professional client services environment. We are looking for someone who takes their work seriously and understands that doing the job well, every day, is the job.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Comfortable learning new software platforms quickly
• Strong written communication skills
• Reliable transportation to our Sugar Hill, GA office
• Authorized to work in the United States

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
