Full-Time | Revenue Department Reports To: Director of Revenue
About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, execution-focused Digital Marketing Coordinator II who can both implement and help shape our digital marketing initiatives.
This role owns day-to-day execution across SEO, paid search, reputation, social media, and collateral development — while also contributing to digital strategy planning, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how digital marketing drives revenue and is ready to move beyond basic coordination into strategic contribution.
Core Responsibilities1. Google & Local SEO Execution (Primary Focus)
- Publish weekly Google Business Profile posts
- Upload weekly project and team photos
- Send and manage review requests
- Respond to Google and Yelp reviews
- Optimize service pages by city and neighborhood
- Support development of commercial landing pages
- Maintain citation consistency and directory listings
- Monitor broken links and microsite health
2. SEO Strategy & Optimization Support
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Identify ranking gaps and content opportunities
- Recommend new service pages and vertical content
- Monitor map pack positioning and search trends
- Assist in developing quarterly SEO initiatives
- Track organic performance and recommend adjustments
3. Paid Media Execution & Optimization
- Support monitoring of Google Local Service Ads (LSA)
- Assist in managing PPC campaigns and keyword focus
- Track cost per lead, cost per booked job, and ROAS
- Identify underperforming campaigns and suggest optimizations
- Assist in seasonal budget allocation planning
4. Social Media Execution & Planning
- Publish 2–4 weekly posts on Facebook & Instagram
- Publish 1–2 weekly posts on LinkedIn
- Create content including:
- Before/after projects
- Team highlights
- Community involvement
- Commercial case studies
- Industry insights
- Track engagement metrics
- Refine content mix based on performance data
- Contribute to quarterly content calendar planning
5. Marketing Collateral & Sales Enablement
- Design brochures, one-pagers, and sell sheets
- Update proposal templates and presentation decks
- Develop case studies and commercial vertical materials
- Maintain brand consistency across digital and print materials
- Organize and manage a centralized collateral library
- Support messaging alignment between digital and sales teams
6. Reputation & Review Growth Strategy
- Develop review acquisition initiatives
- Track monthly review benchmarks by market
- Maintain minimum 4.7+ rating
- Monitor competitor review performance
- Recommend improvements to increase review velocity
7. Reporting & Strategic Insight
- Prepare monthly performance reports including:
- Organic rankings & traffic growth
- Paid campaign performance
- Review growth & rating trends
- LinkedIn engagement
- Commercial page performance
- Analyze trends and provide actionable recommendations
- Assist Director with digital planning and performance forecasting
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience
- Strong understanding of local SEO and Google Business optimization
- Experience with PPC and performance analysis
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Search Console
- Experience with keyword research tools
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action
