Petrovalve is a master distributor serving wholesale distributors in downstream oil & gas. We stock trusted brands—Edward, Crane, and Vogt—and operate a fast, reliable eCommerce experience backed by live inventory (Magento front end on P21). We’re scaling digital demand generation and need a hands-on marketer to turn traffic into revenue.

Role Summary

Petrovalve is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator with hands-on B2B experience in industrial distribution or manufacturing. This role is responsible for executing weekly email campaigns, landing pages, and marketing automation to grow our eCommerce business for leading valve brands such as Edward, Crane, and Vogt. The ideal candidate understands how industrial buyers research, quote, and purchase engineered products — and knows how to create marketing that speaks their language. You’ll work closely with sales, operations, and IT to ensure accurate, product-driven campaigns that drive qualified traffic and online orders. This is a fast-moving, execution-focused role for someone who loves measurable results and clear accountability.

What You’ll Do

  • Website & Content
  • Build/maintain landing pages and product pages in Magento; ensure specs, images, and copy are accurate.
  • Publish 2–3 short technical posts/month (Edward, Vogt, Crane focus) and create downloadable spec/resources.
  • Email & Automation (HubSpot)
  • Launch/optimize workflows (reorder reminders, product spotlights, cart/quote recovery).
  • Segment lists; set UTM tracking; report on performance.
  • SEO & CRO
  • Execute on-page SEO (titles/meta/internal linking), schema where appropriate.
  • Improve conversion with clear CTAs, “in-stock/ships fast” messaging, and simple forms.
  • Social / Paid Support
  • Schedule weekly LinkedIn posts; coordinate lightweight paid search tests (SKU/part-family keywords).
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Build simple dashboards in HubSpot/GA4 for traffic, leads, assisted orders, and page performance.
  • Partner with Sales/Ops to spotlight in-stock SKUs and fast-ship categories.

You Are

  • A doer who ships. 1–3 years in B2B digital marketing or site management (eCommerce or SaaS preferred).
  • Comfortable in HubSpot (emails, workflows, lists, basic reports) and a CMS (Magento/Shopify/WordPress).
  • Fluent with GA4, UTM tagging, and basic Excel/Sheets for reporting.
  • Strong writer/editor; able to translate technical specs into buyer-friendly copy.
  • Bonus: light HTML/CSS, basic image editing (Canva/Adobe), familiarity with industrial/MRO products.

Success in 90 Days

  • 3–4 new landing pages live; top SKU pages refreshed.
  • Two automated workflows launched (e.g., reorder reminder + product spotlight).
  • Weekly LinkedIn cadence running; simple KPI dashboard in HubSpot delivered.
  • +10–15% lift in organic traffic to target product pages and measurable increase in assisted checkouts.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $50,000–$65,000 (DOE)
  • Variable Bonus: up to $8,000 annually based on KPI achievements (traffic, leads, workflow output, page conversion)

Tools You’ll Use

HubSpot, Magento (or similar CMS), Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Sheets/Excel, Canva/Adobe, basic HTML/CSS. (ERP context: Epicor P21; products: Edward/Crane/Vogt.)
