Job Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to lead and execute our global Pay-Per-Click (PPC) strategy. This role is a critical driver of our customer acquisition and revenue goals, requiring deep expertise in all facets of paid search and paid social. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on operator, a strategic thinker, and an expert in optimizing campaigns to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). You’ll have the support of PPC & SEO specialists, but you must be hands-on, knowing how to set up campaigns from start to finish, track performance, and analyze data to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive PPC strategies across platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and others to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
- Campaign Management: Hands-on creation, management, and optimization of ad campaigns, including keyword research (search and negative), audience segmentation, ad copy creation, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
- Budget Management: Own and meticulously manage the monthly and quarterly PPC budget, ensuring efficient spend allocation and delivery against key performance indicators (KPIs) like CPA, ROAS, and conversion volume.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance daily, interpret complex data from platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM), and translate insights into actionable optimizations and clear, concise reports for leadership.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Design and execute rigorous A/B tests for ad copy, creative assets, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continuously improve Quality Score and conversion rates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Content, Design, and Development teams to ensure landing pages are highly optimized and that ad messaging aligns with brand voice and overall marketing goals.
- Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with PPC and SEM trends, search engine algorithm updates, and new platform features to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital advertising best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-5+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale, revenue-driving PPC campaigns (agency).
- Platform Mastery: In-depth, proven proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4 experience a plus), and at least one major paid social platform (e.g., Meta Ads Manager).Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads campaigns.
- Data Fluency: Exceptional analytical skills and comfort working with large data sets to identify trends, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions. Implement conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and UTM parameters. Analyze traffic sources, conversion rates, and attribution models to optimize performance.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex performance data and strategic recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Experience with conversion tracking implementation (e.g., Google Tag Manager, pixels), audience list building, and feed management for shopping campaigns. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits using SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
- Oversee SEO strategies, including technical SEO, on-page SEO, content optimization, and link-building efforts.
- Monitor and manage 15+ campaigns at a time, making data-driven decisions to scale or pause campaigns.
- Maintain a dashboard with active campaigns and KPIs to guide strategy adjustments.
- Certifications (Preferred): Google Ads Search Certification, Google Analytics Certification.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
