About the Role

We are looking for a creative, execution-focused professional who can handle digital marketing along with graphic design. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing day-to-day digital presence while also creating visually strong creatives.

Motion graphics and video editing skills are a strong advantage, but not mandatory.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both marketing and design, not a purely theoretical or managerial position.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing

  • Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars
  • Publish posts, stories, reels, and short videos
  • Support lead generation campaigns for courses/services
  • Assist with basic paid advertising (Meta & Google)
  • Monitor performance metrics like reach, engagement, and leads
  • Coordinate with management and trainers for promotions

Graphic Design & Creative

  • Design social media creatives, posters, banners, flyers
  • Create ad creatives (static and simple motion)
  • Design brochures, presentations, certificates, and marketing materials
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
  • Edit short videos, reels, and promotional clips
  • Motion graphics (basic) is an added advantage

Tools & Software RequiredDesign & Creative

  • Canva (Advanced – mandatory)
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • CorelDRAW
  • CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing – basic)
  • After Effects (basic – advantage)

Digital Marketing

  • Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager
  • Google Ads (basic)
  • Google Analytics (basic)
  • Social media scheduling tools

Work & Productivity

  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • MS PowerPoint / Google Slides

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
  • Good eye for design, color, layout, and typography
  • Basic copywriting skills (captions, headlines, CTAs)
  • Organized, deadline-oriented, and proactive
  • Ability to take feedback and improve quickly

Experience & Qualification

  • 2–7 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Agency, institute, or training-industry experience is a plus
  • Portfolio is mandatory (design + digital work)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
