Immaculate Training Services, one of the leading Training Institutes in Dubai is looking for a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing cum Tele-Sales Executive
Job Description:
The candidate will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns promoting the organization's Training Programs. The candidate will focus on enhancing brand awareness, drive web traffic, and acquire leads/customers through digital marketing and Tele-sales channels.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising. Create Concepts, Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
- Following up with potential leads and converting them into sales by providing them with the necessary information, addressing their queries, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to increase brand awareness and generate leads for our training courses.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and promote the institute's training programs.
- Conduct Website Audit and manage contents with relevant updates on regular basis with relevant Meta Tags/Description/Linking.
- Measures performance and effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against budgets and set KPIs and report the same.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
- Assist with other marketing and sales initiatives as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or sales coordination, preferably in the training or education sector.
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate the audience.
- Expertise in Domain Handling.
- Strong communication skills in English – written/verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for marketing and sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Wordpress, and JavaScript development and constraints
