We partner with independent and multi-location veterinary practices to help them grow through smart strategy, strong creative, and data-driven execution. Our work spans digital marketing, websites, SEO, video, paid media, and emerging AI-driven search strategies—and we take pride in being true growth partners to our clients.

We’re expanding our team and looking for an Account Manager who can confidently lead client relationships, think strategically about digital performance, and help practices move forward—not just report on what already happened.

Position Overview

This role is responsible for owning client relationships, guiding strategy, and ensuring our veterinary partners see real, measurable progress. You’ll work closely with digital analysts, designers, copywriters, and leadership to translate performance data into clear direction and confident conversations.

We are open to two types of candidates: • Experienced Account Managers ready to lead • High-potential candidates with the right mindset, communication skills, and hunger to learn (training provided)

What You’ll Do

Client Leadership & Communication • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned veterinary clients • Lead meetings, manage expectations, and build long-term trust • Translate complex digital performance into clear, actionable insights

Strategic Guidance • Collaborate with digital analysts to shape SEO, local search, paid media, content, and website strategies • Understand how organic, local, and paid efforts work together—not in silos • Help clients understand why strategies matter, not just what we’re doing

Growth, Retention & Expansion • Identify opportunities where additional InTouch products or services would benefit the client • Have confident, consultative conversations around upgrades and expansion • Play an active role in client retention and long-term value growth

Performance Review & Reporting • Review and interpret website, SEO, local search, and paid performance • Guide strategic pivots using real data—not gut feelings • Ensure reporting tells a story clients actually understand

Internal Collaboration • Work closely with designers, copywriters, and analysts to ensure strategies are executed properly • Act as the connector between client goals and internal execution

Who We’re Looking For

Experienced Track Record

  • 5+ years in Account Management or a similar digital marketing role • Experience managing multiple clients and strategies simultaneously • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, local search, content marketing, and websites • Confident leading client conversations at all levels

Growth / Trainable Track

  • Strong communicator who enjoys client interaction and relationship-building • Organized, detail-oriented, and naturally accountable • Curious about digital marketing, data, and business growth • Competitive mindset—you want to win and improve • Willingness to learn SEO, analytics, and platform fundamentals (training provided)

Note: Google Skillshop certifications (Search and related areas) will be required after hire if not already completed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
