We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Digitalization Executive with 3–4 years of experience, preferably on Husband Visa, to manage the complete digital marketing execution for an Audit, Accounting, and Tax firm and actively contribute to the digitalization of the firm’s processes and projects.
This role is hands-on and technical, focusing on execution rather than just planning. You will play a key part in enhancing the firm’s digital presence and supporting digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Management: Maintain and update the company website for optimal performance and user experience.
- SEO & Visibility: Implement SEO strategies to improve Google rankings and online visibility.
- Content Management: Upload and manage content professionally across digital platforms.
- Social Media Support: Handle technical aspects of social media posting, scheduling, and engagement tools.
- Lead Generation & Analytics: Set up lead forms, track inquiries, and provide basic analytics reports.
- Digitalization Projects: Assist in digitizing internal processes, workflows, and client-facing systems to improve efficiency.
- Technical Coordination: Work closely with designers, developers, and management to ensure seamless execution of digital and digitalization initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong technical knowledge of SEO, website management, and social media tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams for collaboration and document management.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with digital transformation concepts and ability to support process automation.
- Basic understanding of data analytics and lead tracking.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
