Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Director to lead our company's digital marketing strategies and initiatives. Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth.
- Oversee SEO efforts utilizing advanced SEO tools, keyword research, and SEM techniques to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and other social media channels.
- Lead content creation initiatives including copywriting, graphic design, and video production to produce engaging marketing materials.
- Utilize marketing automation tools and analytics platforms like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance and optimize results.
- Manage content management systems such as WordPress and other CMS platforms to ensure website content is current and optimized for SEO.
- Coordinate social media marketing efforts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest to increase audience engagement.
- Implement conversion optimization strategies to improve landing pages, user experience, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to refine campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Skills
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz; experience with Google Analytics for data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, content optimization, and SEM campaigns including Google Ads and Google AdWords.
- Expertise in social media marketing platforms including Facebook Advertising and social media management tools.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation; experience with Adobe Photoshop for graphic design projects, or similar product.
- Experience with WordPress or other content management systems; basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for website customization.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Marketo; proficiency in email marketing strategies.
- Ability to analyze data using SQL or similar tools for performance insights; strong analytical skills to interpret campaign metrics.
- Excellent copywriting skills for creating compelling content tailored to target audiences across various channels.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and strategies.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
