Position Summary:
This role will lead and execute digital marketing initiatives for our Financial Services brands. This role combines strategic ownership with tactical execution, with a strong emphasis on SEO. Partnering with Financial Services business unit leader, product marketing team, and subject matter experts, this role will drive digital presence, growth, and revenue across multiple websites and platforms. They’ll be armed with a significant paid media budget, creative, content and PR resources, first-in-class data and reporting solutions, and a team of subject matter experts for collaboration and execution. Leveraging these resources, this role will be accountable for a sizeable annual revenue across the business unit.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in organic search, solid knowledge of paid search and social (organic and paid), and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to drive measurable business results. They will need to be comfortable speaking to and receiving feedback from executives and leaders and transforming their intent into action.

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities:
  • Own and execute the day-to-day digital marketing strategy for the Financial Services business unit, with a primary focus on SEO across technical, on-page, offsite, and content initiatives.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies that increase visibility, traffic, and revenue, while adapting to emerging opportunities in generative and AI-driven search.
  • Collaborate with internal experts and agency partners on paid search and social media initiatives, contributing to planning, testing, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (GA4, search rankings, campaign results, and revenue impact) to guide decision-making.
  • Present metrics, strategies, competitive insights, and opportunities to business unit leaders and stakeholders.
  • Create and manage budgets for SEO, PPC, and social efforts as part of the broader department marketing budget.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and evolving best practices to keep the business unit competitive.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and contractors, ensuring accountability, alignment, and strong ROI.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including content, sales, and product marketing—to ensure alignment of digital strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide a digital marketing perspective in company-wide initiatives and projects.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 5+ years in digital marketing with at least 5 years of experience in an SEO focused role
  • Experience developing and leading multi-channel digital marketing strategies
  • Ability to conduct robust keyword research and understand the intent behind terms
  • High level of PPC knowledge at a strategic level
  • Working knowledge of social media marketing at a strategic level
  • Efficiency with Google Tag Manger
  • Experience in e-commerce and revenue-driven marketing operations
  • Strong Google Analytics knowledge and working knowledge of GA4
  • Experience creating and managing large scale content creation projects
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools
