Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience. The candidate will support the client’s online presence across e-commerce platforms and digital marketing channels. This role includes managing product listings, order processing, customer service, SEO, and social media activities.

Key Responsibilities:E-Commerce Management:

• Manage and update product listings on Shopify, Amazon, and other online platforms.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers regarding orders and returns.
• Assist in tracking sales performance and providing insights for improvement.

Digital Marketing:

• Support SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking.
• Assist in managing paid and organic social media marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign results and prepare basic performance reports.

Customer Support:

• Respond professionally to customer inquiries through email, chat, or phone.
• Handle order-related issues, returns, and customer complaints.
• Collect and monitor customer feedback to improve service quality.

Social Media Management:

• Manage comments, messages, and audience interactions on social media platforms.
• Coordinate with the internal team to support campaigns and content planning.
• Stay updated with social media trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce operations.
• Strong knowledge of SEO and social media handling/management.
• Good communication skills in English (written & verbal).
• Basic understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce workflows.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Canva, or similar platforms is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Shopify, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design or image editing tools.
• Understanding of the perfume/beauty industry is a plus.
