Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & E-commerce Support professional with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and e-commerce operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has a foundational understanding of online marketing channels and e-commerce platforms, especially with practical experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
  • Monitor ad performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Create and schedule content for social media, blogs, and email newsletters.
  • Conduct basic keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to support paid campaigns.
  • Report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad creatives and promotional materials.

E-commerce Support:

  • Maintain and update product listings (descriptions, images, pricing) on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
  • Assist with order processing, returns, and handling customer support tickets via email or support tools.
  • Coordinate with warehouse or logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and inventory updates.
  • Support website content updates and perform regular checks to ensure optimal UX.
  • Help analyze customer behavior and purchase data to identify trends and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and e-commerce.
  • Direct experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
  • Strong written communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of SEO, HTML, or CMS platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with support platforms like Zendesk, Gorgias, or Freshdesk.
  • Exposure to CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Understanding of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
