Digital Marketing / eCommerce Associate

Industrial Fabric Products Inc is a leading online supplier of industrial grade tarps and covers serving government, business and consumers throughout North America who seeks a person experienced in coordinating all website related SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, Amazon and display advertising campaigns.

A typical workday will be from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Job Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

  • Monitors and coordinates Google AdWords campaigns with our SEM digital agency.
  • Assists in database marketing campaign promotions in verticals like Amazon.com Marketplace.
  • Manage marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart and others
  • Coordinating Amazon FBA inventory from and to Amazon warehouses
  • Reconciliation & Managing Warehouse Inventory using ERP client Software
  • Maintains and builds our social media presence in Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns per Google Analytics and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborates with developers to create landing pages and optimize user experience (CRO & UX).
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
  • Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners, and evaluates emerging technologies.

Digital Marketing Qualifications / Skills:

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction. managing customer ratings and reviews.
  • Creating and maintaining enduring customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated, yet customer-centric in focus.
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences, then devising and digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate customers.

Experience Requirements:

  • Extensive working experience in digital marketing and computer aided skillsets (Excel, Word, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages, user funnels and A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Amazon marketplace, Facebook, etc.).
