Overview:
We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy Digital Marketing & Education Specialist to support digital marketing initiatives, event media coverage, and employee training for multiple brands. This role blends digital marketing, content creation, and new-hire education. You will work directly with the Chief Technology & Growth Officer (CTG) as part of the IT team.
Responsibilities:
- Create social media content, images, reels, and short-form videos.
- Manage posting schedules and content calendars.
- Monitor and optimize Google Business Profiles.
- Assist with email marketing, digital campaigns, and analytics.
- Capture photos and videos at company and vendor events.
- Produce event recap content and branded materials.
- Train new employees on digital tools, software, and workflows (after IT onboarding).
- Coordinate Lunch n’ Learns and Corporate Trainings for Staff
- Create tutorials, guides, and short training videos.
- Support website updates, landing pages, and basic SEO tasks.
- Conduct competitor research and propose digital growth ideas.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Canva (Adobe a plus).
- Ability to capture and edit basic photos and videos.
- Able to learn new software quickly and train others.
- Experience with Vantaca is a plus.
- LCAM License is a plus but not required
- Bonus: SEO, CRM, or basic website editing experience.
Compensation:
- $45,000–$55,000 annually, based on experience.
- Performance-based growth opportunities.
- Travel reimbursement for approved events.
