Role Overview
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing and monitoring
marketing and branding activities
for real estate projects, supporting sales teams with lead generation and customer engagement, and ensuring strong visibility of the company’s projects in the market.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement on-ground marketing campaigns such as site branding, exhibitions, events, roadshows, and launch activities.

Coordinate with advertising agencies, vendors, and channel partners for marketing collaterals and promotions.

Manage the design and distribution of brochures, leaflets, hoardings, and other branding materials.

Support the sales team by providing marketing inputs and ensuring timely lead flow.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to suggest improvements.

Handle customer engagement activities (walk-ins, property shows, project visits, festive campaigns).

Ensure all marketing communications are RERA compliant.

Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and prepare periodic reports for management.

Assist the Marketing Manager in budgeting and strategy execution.
