Digital Marketing Executive

Kuala, India

1. Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
  • Increase followers, engagement, and reach through organic and paid strategies.

2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

  • Optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages for better ranking.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies.
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns and analyze their performance.

3. Content Creation & Marketing

  • Develop creative content (posts, reels, blogs, videos, emailers, etc.) aligned with brand goals.
  • Coordinate with designers and video editors for high-quality visuals.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

4. Online Reputation Management (ORM)

  • Monitor and respond to online reviews, comments, and queries.
  • Encourage customers to share positive feedback and manage negative reviews.
  • Maintain brand image on Google reviews, Justdial, and other platforms.

5. Lead Generation & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns to generate quality leads.
  • Track conversion rates and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead nurturing.

6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, measure, and report digital marketing performance (followers, reach, impressions, clicks, leads).
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and LinkedIn Analytics.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports to management with insights and recommendations.

7. Email & WhatsApp Marketing

  • Design and send email campaigns/newsletters.
  • Manage WhatsApp broadcasts and campaign promotions.
  • Segment audiences for personalized communication.

8. Event & Campaign Support

  • Promote upcoming events, webinars, and programs online.
  • Create buzz through teaser posts, countdowns, and live updates.
  • Ensure coverage of program photos and videos on digital platforms.

9. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with the design, sales, and management teams.
  • Share updates, campaign plans, and progress reports regularly.
  • Ensure timely execution of digital marketing activities.

10. Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Experiment with new strategies for better engagement and lead generation.
  • Continuously improve content, campaigns, and digital presence.
