Position: Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled and idea driven Digital Marketing Executive to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies with the aim to enhance our presence online and offline, driving a major foot fall to our institution. The position is a critical role in supporting the company’s overall business goals and effectively engaging our target audience.

Role

· Develop and execute inclusive digital marketing strategies across multiple online platforms, with clearly defined and measurable KPIs.

· Partner with cross-functional teams (content, sales, and customer service) to deliver cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.

· Oversee digital campaigns, track performance metrics, analyse results, and provide data-backed insights for continuous improvement.

· Enhance social media performance by optimising organic traffic, bounce rates, and conversion rates to boost user experience and lead generation.

· Perform market research and competitor analysis to uncover industry trends and identify potential growth opportunities.

Qualification

· Degree/Diploma in marketing, communication, or related fields.

· Experience in digital marketing or content marketing.

· Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.

· Proficient in marketing automation tools.

· Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, Google Ads, email marketing and social media marketing.

· Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
