Digital Marketing Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Handle Anton's Facebook & Instagram accounts with consistent, theme-based posting.
• Post daily content including updates, testimonials, course info, and events.
• Monitor messages, reviews, and engage with followers to build community.
• Strategize to increase page reach, engagement, and follower count.

2. Google Ads & Meta Ads Campaigns

• Plan, run, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns targeting course sign-ups and leads.
• Set up and manage Google Search, Display, and YouTube Ads to drive traffic and conversions.
• Monitor ad performance, allocate budgets, and adjust creatives and targeting as needed.
• Generate potential leads and follow up with counsellors for lead quality and status.
• Regularly report on ROI and suggest improvements.

3. Content Creation & Video Production

• Participate in anchoring videos, Instagram reels, and educational shorts.
• Coordinate and assist with video shoots for student testimonials, course intros, and live sessions.
• Write engaging captions and create content ideas relevant to the student community.

4. Website Management & SEO

• Edit and update website content (course info, blogs, banners, etc.) using a basic CMS.
• Conduct on-page SEO optimization including meta tags, keyword placement, and internal linking.
• Manage and update Google My Business (GMB) for local SEO and reviews.

5. Design & Collateral Creation

• Design course posters, brochures, event banners, and digital flyers using Canva or Photoshop.
• Create and edit Course Completion Certificates as per batch and student details.
• Assist in designing internal notices and training materials when required.

• Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
• Canva / Photoshop / Figma (basic design)
• Comfortable in front of the camera for reels or anchoring
• Website CMS (basic knowledge)
• SEO tools like Google Search Console, Keyword Planner (basic use)
• Communication & Team Coordination
