Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (DME)

About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in design tools, marketing communications, and digital platforms. You will play a key role in designing and executing campaigns, maintaining brand consistency, and driving B2B engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop marketing materials including brochures, flyers, presentations, and brand assets in line with company guidelines.
• Create engaging visuals and videos using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
• Manage and grow company presence on LinkedIn, including content creation, campaign management, and engagement tracking.
• Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns, including email marketing strategies.
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all communications and platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional content and marketing materials.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn management and B2B marketing strategies.
• Hands-on experience in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and creative mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
