Digital Marketing Executive

Position: Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a creative, hands-on, and execution-focused Digital Marketing Executive to take full control of our social media and digital marketing presence in-house. The role involves daily content creation, page management, and paid campaign execution across multiple platforms — with the goal of amplifying our brand, generating qualified leads, and supporting sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities: -

Responsibilities

  • Take over daily management of company social media pages (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Meta).
  • Handle posting, scheduling, and engagement activities.

Content Creation

  • Create in-house content: posts, reels, stories, graphics, short videos.
  • Write engaging copy aligned with Company's branding.

Digital Advertising

  • Develop and execute digital ad campaigns across platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube.
  • Focus on generating quality leads through optimized targeting.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Track key performance metrics (CPC, CPL, CTR, ROI).
  • Analyze campaign results and optimize for better efficiency.

Lead Coordination

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads from campaigns are qualified and followed up effectively.

Brand Voice & Storytelling

  • Work with management to build and maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Create storytelling-driven campaigns to strengthen online presence.

Cross-Company Marketing Support

  • Provide marketing assistance to other ventures within the group as needed.

Market Research & Trend Analysis

  • Stay updated on digital trends, competitor strategies, and best practices.
  • Suggest innovative ideas to keep Company,s digital presence cutting-edge.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing and social media management (real estate industry preferred).
  • Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of managing and growing brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Content Creation: Ability to produce original, high-quality content in-house, including: Short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), Engaging stories and carousels, Graphics and visuals (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator basics), Social media copywriting and captions aligned with brand voice.
  • Campaign Management: Hands-on experience running paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads), with proven success in lead generation and audience growth.
  • Analytics & Insights: Strong ability to track and interpret social media analytics (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics), optimize engagement, and improve ROI.
  • Creative Strategy: Strong creative eye for visual storytelling and ability to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all platforms.
  • Trend Awareness: Up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and competitor strategies, with the ability to adapt content strategies accordingly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
