Job Description:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns to achieve monthly lead targets.
  • Monitor and analyze lead quality, conversion rate, and CPL performance.
  • Build audience segmentation and retargeting strategies for remarketing campaigns.
  • Perform keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and competitor analysis.
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure ad creatives, landing pages, and SEO blogs are conversion-optimized.
  • Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
  • Create monthly performance reports (CPL, CTR, conversion, ranking improvement).
  • Manage and optimize the company website, ensuring SEO-friendly structure and fast loading.
  • Handle Google My Business (GMB) optimization and local SEO to boost local search presence.
  • Suggest new marketing ideas, automation, and trends to improve lead performance.

To generate a minimum of 3000 high-quality leads per month (quantity may change time to time) at a low cost per lead (CPL) through targeted Facebook & Google Ads, while ensuring the company achieves 1st-page Google ranking for relevant project and brand

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
