Digital Marketing Executive

ZB Digital is a performance-driven marketing agency that helps law firms, healthcare practices, and local service businesses across the U.S. scale through smart marketing systems, powerful content, and AI-driven automation. We manage campaigns that generate real results — booked leads, growth, and revenue — not just clicks and impressions. You’ll be working directly with the founder of ZB Digital.

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive who can execute and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, and Social Media.
You’ll collaborate closely with our creative team (editor + designer) and bring marketing strategies to life — from ad setup to reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max).
• Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (lead gen, awareness, conversions).
• Coordinate with editors/designers for ad creatives and social media content.
• Manage and post across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Execute email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or GHL.
• Prepare weekly reports on performance, budgets, and KPIs.
• Research competitors, keywords, and trends to improve results.
• Maintain clean, organized ad accounts and campaign tracking.

Skills & Tools

• Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite
• Google Analytics, UTM tracking, Reporting dashboards
• Email marketing (Mailchimp / HubSpot / ConvertKit / GHL)
• Social scheduling tools (Meta Planner, Buffer, Later, etc.)
• Basic Canva/design knowledge (bonus)

Work Structure

• 6-day work week (Mon–Sat)
• Daily updates via Slack / ClickUp
• Weekly strategy review with Zeeshan
• Performance-based growth opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
