We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Executive with around 2 years of experience, primarily focused on social media marketing. The ideal candidate should be adept at creating and managing social media campaigns and proficient in incorporating AI tools into their workflow to boost engagement and campaign effectiveness. Familiarity with Google Ads and other digital marketing channels is also desirable to support broader marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging channels.
• Develop engaging content calendars and create visually appealing posts that align with brand guidelines.
• Monitor and analyze social media campaign performance, using data-driven insights to improve results.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and other paid digital campaigns as complementary channels.
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Jasper, etc.) to streamline content creation, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to maintain consistent messaging and optimize campaigns.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and new AI marketing technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in social media marketing, with additional digital marketing exposure.
• Proficient in social media management tools, Google Ads, and analytics platforms.
• Strong skills in content creation, engagement strategies, and paid campaign management.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for marketing automation and enhancement.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Awareness of emerging trends in AI-driven marketing.
• Knowledge of SEO and paid promotions.
• Creativity with attention to visual aesthetics and brand tone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
