Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role

Mind & Matter is seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Fresher whose role is primarily Project Management & Client Success. This is a full-time, on-site position in Greater Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have prior hands-on exposure to digital marketing activities and be well-versed with various social media platforms.

This internship offers an opportunity to work closely with our marketing team, contribute to real projects, and gain in-depth industry experience in digital strategy, content marketing, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creation and scheduling of engaging content across various social media platforms.
• Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content for social media platforms and digital channels
• Assist in the creation of blog posts, newsletters and other marketing materials.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and suggest innovative ideas for online engagement.
• Basic photography and content creation skills.

Requirements

• Basic to decent knowledge of digital marketing concepts (Social Media, SMM)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies
• Familiarity with AI tools for productivity and research.
• Excellent communication, presentation and client- handling skills.
• Team player with problem solving attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
