Core responsibilities
Add running on social media/insta/Facebook/websites etc
- Strategy and campaign management:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms like social media, search engines (SEO/SEM), and email.
- Oversee online advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance tracking.
- Content creation:
- Create and curate compelling content, such as product photos, videos, and written copy, tailored for online channels and the luxury nature of jewelry.
- Manage and update the showroom's website content to ensure it is fresh, engaging, and optimized for search engines.
- Analytics and reporting:
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Prepare regular reports to management on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Use data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and improve user experience.
- Collaboration and coordination:
- Work with other departments, such as sales, design, and merchandising, to align marketing efforts with business objectives and new product launches.
- Maintain relationships with external partners, like influencers, agencies, and vendors.
- Market and trend analysis:
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer behavior and preferences
